The festive period of 2020 is certainly going to look different but that doesn't stop you from enjoying a cocktail with a Christmas twist, the only difference is, you have to make it yourself.

Cocktails are one of our favourite things to try when we travel and as we are doing less of that at the moment, it's time to bring the Christmas cocktails to life at home.

Although we love mulled wine, sometimes it's fun to spice things up which is why we've come up with 3 cocktails with a festive twist.

3 Christmas Cocktails

Winter Aperol Spritz

A favourite drink to enjoy when spending the summer in Europe with a Christmas cranberry twist.

75ml Aperol
100ml Prosecco
50ml Cranberry Juice
100ml Club Soda

  • Add all of the ingredients in your glass of choice and service with a slice of orange.

Rum and Ginger Christmas Cocktail

A spicy ginger cocktail to warm you up on a cold winters day.

Rum and Ginger Cocktail
50ml Rum
50ml Ginger Beer
25ml Ginger Wine
1 Freshly squeezed lime
50ml Cranberry Juice
Top with Prosecco

  • Add rum, wine, lime and cranberry juice to a shaker
  • Pour over ice
  • Add ginger beer
  • Top with prosecco as desired

Caramel Chocolate Orange Cocktail

A twist on Bailey's classic makes for the perfect after-dinner drink.

Baileys Chocolate Orange Cocktail

50ml Baileys
50ml Caramel Chocolate Liqeur
25ml Cointreau

  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
  • Serve over ice
